  The First Day:

Sweatlodge First Day, 2009, 07. May

In the morning there is a teaching about the different consciousness-conditions, how to go into the dream- and vision-condition and many many more. I feel all these information's already so wonderful and gripping, that I just let me taken along with Dancing Thunders words and energy.

Finally in the afternoon we proceed to the upper room, lay us down and wrap our bodies in warm blankets. When I reached my place, a thunder sounded from a distance and filled me with a welcome-greeting. Oheyo thanks.

Then the music began and turned the whole house into a tremendous sound-cloud, on which we all rode along. African ritual-songs let me changed into variousliest animal-characters and the thunder seemed to spread out his strong vibrations with the rhythm of the tones. It was, as it came specially for our “ritual” to gave us deep visions, my body began to tremble with every thunderclap and culminated in a moment of full “shaking” when the hoofbeat of a horse rang out together with a loudly thunderclap. It seemed to be pure magic and my spirit felt drawn away…

After the Deanimation we began to paint our visions on pictures, as like the shamans in former times made it also in the caves to leave a path of knowledge and medicine there. Later in the evening Dancing Thunder explained us, how we have to see our drawings.
